Meet Frank

Frank Daniele’s first memory is of him standing on a chair pushed up against a counter and stirring something in a bowl. Whether it was actually cooking or something his mom let him do to appease him while she got her own work done in the kitchen, it was the beginning of a love of cooking. As the years progressed, rather than pursuing a career in the culinary world, he found himself working his way up the telecommunications ladder acquiring a degree in Business Administration and then a Certificate in Computer and Industrial Electronics along the way. Although he always loved to cook, he kept it as a hobby. Something he could share with his friends by way of intimate dinners and cocktail parties. He took a part time job for a catering company and immediately knew that catering would be the career path of the rest of his life.

He attended The Institute of Culinary Education in New York City. Upon graduating, he served his internship at Ouest, a three-star American bistro in Manhattan. He excelled while working along many talented chefs and created his own distinct style. Still, he found himself missing that mood and feeling that is associated with catering: That excitement of a couple celebrating the exchanging of vows; Helping a client celebrate a milestone in their life such as a graduation or retirement; Or just a group of good friends getting together for a good time … with good food and drinks of course!

His overall style of food is American with inspiration from the many cultures that he grew up around in Fairfield County, CT. He often creates recipes based on an individual client and what they enjoy most. By designing menus for each event, it keeps his food knowledge current and keeps a fresh outlook on the overall menu of the company.

Let Frank come up with a menu for your event – it can only result in a recipe for a fabulous time.
